It has been 15 years since I fell in love with Argentine and Latin American folklore, through my travels in Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Bolivia, and Peru. Since returning to Europe, this music has never left me. I sing and play the bombo in various Latin American folk ensembles, working under the direction of Argentine musicians such as Luciano Gimenez Luna, Marco Grancelli, and Alfonso Pacin.
From these journeys, I also brought back Argentine folk dance.
A passionate dancer in general, I trained in contact dance with Bastien Auber. I also received instruction from Claire Bournet, a contemporary dancer and educator, formerly of Cie Trafic de Style and creator of the Cartes à Danser Tarabiscotées (a set of dance-inspired playing cards). In 2024, I began leading workshops in schools and parent-child retreats, offering Tarabiscotés sessions to get children and adults of all ages dancing.
