écriture & RéALISATION

Le travail d’acting et de réalisation est un puissant outil de création artistique et également de réalisation de soi, qui permet aussi de connecter le personnel à l’universel. En puisant dans mon histoire personnelle, j’ai le pouvoir, en tant qu’artiste, de la sublimer et de permettre aux autres de se reconnaître, de grandir à travers l’histoire que je mets en lumière.

Je commence à me former à la méthode Chubbuck à l’Acting Lab Studio avec Eva Bossart et Patrice Ortega, et je me passionne pour cette technique. Je me forme également avec Martin Le Gall, toujours à l’Acting Lab Studio, plus particulièrement sur la direction d’acteur pour les réalisateurs. En 2024, je me forme également en tant que script doctor, afin d’accompagner les auteurs dans l’écriture de leurs projets.

Je transmets ma passion pour l’acting et la réalisation depuis 2020 à travers diverses interventions en centres de formation (Cyrus, Albi), en écoles de réalisation (Cinémagis Bordeaux) et en écoles de théâtre (LEDA, l’école de l’acteur à Toulouse).

J’organise également des stages de réalisation (réalisation d’un film en groupe en une semaine) et des retraites créatives (écriture, développement de projet / yoga, danse) ainsi que des stages intensifs d’acting, dans des endroits en pleine nature (Tarn, étranger).

L’idée est d’offrir un espace de transmission axé sur l’acting et/ou la réalisation, dans un cadre ressourçant, permettant de stimuler notre créativité par d’autres biais.

Since 2020, I have been involved in teaching and supporting actors and directors, whether amateur or professional, in various training contexts.

Acting and directing are powerful tools for artistic creation and self-realization, allowing individuals to connect the personal to the universal. By drawing from my own personal history, I have the ability, as an artist, to transform it into something greater, enabling others to recognize themselves and grow through the stories I bring to light.

With an initial background in theater followed by training in directing, I stand at the crossroads between actors and directors. This unique position allows me to communicate effectively with both, understanding their challenges and speaking their language.

I am currently training in the Chubbuck Technique at Acting Lab Studio with Eva Bossart and Patrice Ortega, and I am passionate about this method. I am also training with Martin Le Gall, again at Acting Lab Studio, specifically in actor direction for directors. In 2024, I also trained as a script doctor, to accompany authors in their film writing process.

Since 2020, I have been sharing my passion for acting and directing through various teaching engagements in training centers (Cyrus, Albi), film schools (CINEMAGIS Bordeaux), and theater schools (LEDA, the acting school in Toulouse).

I also organize directing workshops (creating a film as a group in one week), creative retreats (writing, project development / yoga, dance), and intensive acting workshops in natural settings (Tarn and abroad).

The idea is to provide a space dedicated to acting and/or directing in an inspiring environment, allowing creativity to be nurtured through different approaches.
